These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapAbs mobile app on iOS or Android ("the App"), operated by SnapAbs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

What SnapAbs is (and is not)

SnapAbs uses AI to analyze photos of your midsection and produce fitness estimates — zone scores, body-fat ranges, symmetry reads — along with training and nutrition suggestions.

Not medical advice. All analyses, scores, estimates, and recommendations are AI-generated approximations for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and accuracy is not guaranteed. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you capture and the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's features (for example, sending a scan photo to our AI provider to generate your analysis). We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree to only scan photos of yourself, and not to upload content depicting anyone else without their consent.

Subscriptions

Parts of the App require a paid subscription (weekly or yearly options are offered at purchase).

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
autorenew
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged at the price and on the schedule shown at purchase.
settings
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
undo
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store policies.
restore
You can restore previous purchases with "Restore" in the App.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, circumvent subscription requirements, abuse or overload our services, upload unlawful content, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

Assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for exercising within your limits, using proper form and equipment, and stopping if you feel pain or discomfort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk associated with training decisions you make based on the App.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapAbs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Early access referral program

This section governs the waitlist referral leaderboard on our website. It is separate from any leaderboard inside the App. Joining the waitlist is free and does not require an account.

how_to_reg
How referrals count. A referral counts once, for the first person who joins the waitlist with your invite link. Repeat submissions with the same email do not count again, and using your own link does not count.
emoji_events
Rewards. Rank #1 earns 1 year of Premium, #2 earns 6 months, #3 earns 3 months, and both a top-10 place and 10 referrals earn 1 month. You receive only the highest reward you qualify for; rewards do not stack. Premium time is added to an existing SnapAbs account, or to the account you create when early access opens.
low_priority
Ties and final rankings. Members with the same number of referrals share a rank. If a top-three place is tied, the earliest sign-up among those tied takes the prize, which means some tied members receive no prize for that place. A tie at the top-10 boundary may mean more than ten members receive a 1-month reward.
event_busy
Campaign end. The campaign closes when early access opens. Final rankings and rewards are locked at that moment, referrals after the close are not counted, and we publish the closing date on the leaderboard page.
gavel
No abuse. Self-referral, duplicate or fabricated signups, bulk or automated invitations, incentivised sharing, and any attempt to manipulate rankings forfeit all rewards and may lead to removal from the waitlist. We may also revoke a reward that we believe was not fairly earned.
redeem
Fulfilment. Rewards are delivered manually after the campaign closes, to the account tied to your waitlist email. If you never create an account, or if the address cannot be verified, we cannot deliver a reward. Premium is not transferable and has no cash value.
visibility
Public display. The leaderboard shows a masked version of your email address, your referral count, and the reward you have earned. Treat your referral code as private: anyone holding it can see your position.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the App's settings. You may also leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email or writing to us, which removes your entry, your rank, and any reward owed. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 06–07) survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, notice in the App. Changes to the referral program apply from the moment they are published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date is September 24, 2026.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SnapAbs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
